Cancellation and Returns Policy
During the Christmas period we will extend our return period until January 2019.
If you wish to cancel your order:
You can notify us here before we have dispatched the goods to you or where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning the item in the original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price.
If you wish to return goods:
If for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied with your jewellery, we will refund the item(s) upon return. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) stating your reasons for return/refund, and then return the item(s) within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused and unmarked.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a free returns service, the return postage cost must be paid by the customer.
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the actual item/s, less P&P/S&H if paid, via the original payment method or an exchange credit as required.
The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: - in the event that the product has been used, to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.
Please ensure the jewellery is returned securely packaged. Items returned to us that arrive damaged or are lost will not be credited, so returning via signed for shipping is recommended.
We will also replace or refund any lost in the mail and grant a replacement (subject to availability) in the rare event of an item arriving damaged. Please inform us of any breakages within 24 hours of receiving the order.
